About the Job
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle and define the strategic roadmap to completely revamp a large-scale, enterprise-wide finance and accounting system.
Design and iterate on customer user journeys by conducting user studies, creating data-driven analytics, and developing proof-of-concept (POC) features.
Manage product resources thoroughly, including budget and cashflow management, as well as the procurement of necessary software, hardware, and IT services.
Translate overarching product strategies into detailed, technical, and actionable plans for engineering, business, and vendor teams to execute.
Drive product adoption and user growth through targeted engagement while collaborating with partners to execute go-to-market strategies.
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant tech experience.
Deep familiarity with modern product development frameworks and technologies, particularly Agile methodologies, Cloud infrastructure, and Design Thinking.
Strong background in IT business analysis, application solution design, and managing complex projects across multiple organizational units.
Possession of relevant industry certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master, CITPM, or COMIT is highly preferred.
