Procurement Manager
Salary: $6000 - 7500
Working Hour: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Scope
Procurement Strategy Development
- Provide end-to-end support, advice and training on procurement policy, procedures, and system.
- Identify potential procurement risks (e.g., supply chain disruptions, price volatility) and develop mitigation strategies.
- Review and propose updates for Procurement SOPs and e-Procurement System
Supplier Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain list of approved vendors. (Demand Aggregate Contracts across multiple project site)
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions, pricing, and performance.
Contract Negotiation & Administration
- Review and update procurement t&c for goods or services purchases.
- Lead contract negotiation and supplier management process to ensure quality, value for money (pricing) for the delivery of goods or services.
- Supervise procurement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are met.
Budget & Cost Control
- Manage the procurement budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with overall financial goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to achieve cost reduction targets without compromising quality.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Ensure proper documentations of all procurement activities and to support internal and external audits.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead the procurement team &set clear goals and performance metrics for the procurement team.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement working experience & in a managerial or leadership role.
