Assistant M&E Engineer

Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering site surveys,technicalassessments, installation and project implementation.

• Support the setup, testing, commissioningandtroubleshooting of mechanical, electrical and smart systems.

• Assist with solar power systems, equipment integrationandtechnical performance testing.

• Support facilitiesmanagement, preventive maintenanceand equipment reliability.

• Prepare technical drawings, inspection records,testreports and maintenance documentation.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and project teamstoresolve technical issues.

• Perform other related engineering duties and supportnewtechnology initiatives as required.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in ElectricalEngineering,Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, BuildingServices or arelated discipline.

• Interest in engineering systems, equipmentinstallation,smart technologies or renewable energy.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, electrical or mechanicaldrawings,networking or equipment testing will be an advantage.

• Practical, analytical and willing to learn.

• Good communicationand coordination skills.

• Willing to undertake hands-on work and site visits.
