Customer Service Officer (1-Year Contract | $2760/Month)

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to handle public enquiries and feedback through outbound calls and emails, while coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve cases. If you have experience in customer service, handling public enquiries, or stakeholder coordination, this could be a suitable opportunity for you.

Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)

Contract Duration: 1-Year Contract

Responsibilities

Handle public feedback and enquiries through outbound calls and emails.
Communicate professionally with members of the public, providing clear and accurate information and written responses where required.
Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to address and resolve feedback effectively.
Use Microsoft Office, Outlook and internal systems to support daily operations and feedback management. Training on internal systems will be provided.
Ensure all feedback and enquiries are handled in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma holder.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as the role may require interaction with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Prior experience in customer service or handling public enquiries will be preferred.
Reliable and punctual, with a good attendance record and a strong sense of responsibility.
