Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Produce Quality & Stock Control: Inspect incoming fruit shipments for freshness, enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation, and minimize spoilage.
• Cold-Chain & Hygiene Management: Monitor cold-room temperatures and maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and train warehouse staff.
• Order Fulfillment: Oversee accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of fruit orders for delivery

• Experience: 2 to 3 years in warehousing or logistics, with preference for fresh produce or cold-chain environments.
