BIM Manager [SL]

Lead and manage BIM implementation throughout the design, construction and project handover stages.

Establish and enforce BIM standards, processes and project information requirements.

Coordinate and review shop drawings and as-built drawings across Architectural, Structural, MEP and specialist subcontractor trades.

Review project specifications, shop drawings and technical clarifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Monitor shop drawing, sample and procurement schedules to ensure timely submissions and approvals.

Manage the receipt, distribution, submission and approval of consultant drawings and shop drawings.

Coordinate with consultants, authorities, subcontractors and project teams to resolve design and technical issues.

Chair design coordination meetings and provide technical support to the project team.

Conduct BIM model quality checks and ensure accurate, coordinated project information.

Support the Contracts Department in assessing variation claims arising from design changes.

Manage BIM software, promote digital construction practices and ensure timely delivery of project information models.
