Job Summary

You will maintain ICT and AV equipment, provide technical support for classrooms and events, assist with multimedia activities, and support educational technology initiatives in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ICT and AV equipment inventory by conducting regular stock checks and coordinating timely maintenance to ensure operational readiness
• Provide technical support for ICT systems in classrooms, school events, interactive displays, and student learning devices to facilitate smooth technology use
• Support 3D printing and Makerspace activities by preparing equipment and assisting users to enhance hands-on learning experiences
• Co-facilitate photography and videography CCA sessions by managing multi-camera live video setups and guiding participants
• Assist in school photography, video production, live streaming, website updates, and multimedia material creation to support school communications and events
• Troubleshoot ICT issues across Windows and iOS/macOS platforms to resolve technical problems efficiently
• Collaborate with staff and students to deliver ICT training and multimedia support that enhances educational outcomes
• Manage website content updates to ensure accurate and current information is available to the school community

Working Hours

• Monday to Wednesday: 0730 to 1700, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
• Thursday (CCA day): 0830 to 1800, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
• Friday: 0730 to 1630, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
