Job Summary

You will patrol and supervise students during breaks and transitions to maintain discipline, monitor latecomers, assist with investigations, and oversee detention activities to support student behavioral improvement.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and supervise students during recess, lunch breaks, and lesson transitions to maintain discipline and safety
• Monitor and record latecomers, collect mobile phones, and maintain accurate late coming and detention logs
• Assist in conducting student discipline investigations by gathering incident reports, taking witness statements, and preparing case documentation
• Supervise detention and in-house suspension activities to support student reflection and behavioral improvement
• Communicate effectively with students and staff to manage conflicts and promote positive behavior
• Use basic Microsoft Excel and data-entry skills to maintain discipline records and reports

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in uniformed services such as Singapore Police Force, Prison Service, or equivalent, ideally with over 10 years of service
• Experience in youth-related investigations, behavioral support, conflict management, and de-escalation techniques
• Strong interpersonal and report-writing skills to document incidents and support investigations
