Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer and signature drinks.
Recommend beverages based on guests’ preferences and provide attentive, professional customer service.
Take drink orders, process POS transactions and handle payments accurately.
Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, stock levels and inventory records.
Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations and uphold food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
- At least 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar or upscale dining environment.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and beverage preparation techniques.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
