Job Summary

Pickle X seeks a full-time Indoor Pickleball Club Assistant to energize daily operations, engage the community and deliver excellent experiences for members and guests at its air-conditioned Singapore Expo location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for members and guests to provide friendly and efficient assistance
• Build and engage the pickleball community by organising social leagues, events, and managing WhatsApp groups
• Plan and execute friendly tournaments, mixers, and social play sessions to encourage participation
• Oversee court maintenance, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and conduct daily facility inspections
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure smooth club operations
• Manage bookings, walk-ins, phone inquiries, POS transactions, and operate basic technology and booking systems
• Maintain inventory levels, manage schedules, and uphold overall club presentation standards
• Perform light physical tasks related to facility upkeep and support daily activities

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to work weekends and public holidays as part of the regular schedule
