Your responsibilities
• Handle enquiries and help families find suitable helpers.
• Follow up with customers and achieve sales targets.
• Liaise with Philippine recruitment partners on candidate sourcing, documentation and deployment.
• Handle Philippine Embassy and Migrant Workers Office (MWO) matters, including documentation, appointments and follow-ups.
• Provide helper welfare support, counselling and post-placement check-ins.
• Help employers and helpers resolve concerns and misunderstandings.
• Coordinate helper training and welfare activities.
What we’re looking for
Experience in employment agency operations, sales or recruitment preferred.
Familiarity with Philippine Embassy/MWO procedures and deployment documentation.
Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog.
Caring, organised and resourceful, with the confidence to handle sensitive situations.
CEI certification preferred.
