Sales Engineer (Sensors / RFID / Factory Automation)

Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers and expand business opportunities for industrial sensors, power supplies, cables, transducers, RFID, vision systems and automation solutions.
• Acquire and manage customers across semiconductor, life sciences, manufacturing, robotics, F&B and other industrial sectors.
• Grow key accounts, drive sales revenue and profitability, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions with internal support teams.
• Promote new products, identify market opportunities and drive business development.
• Conduct product presentations, roadshows, seminars and technology events.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM and SAP systems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business and customer retention.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales or automation.
• Knowledge or interest in industrial sensors, control systems or factory automation.
• Strong business development skills with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience in solution-based selling and the manufacturing or automation industry is an advantage.
