Job Summary

The Manager, Human Resource leads payroll, compensation, benefits, and performance management with accuracy and compliance. This role drives HR governance, supports the HR team, and advances organisation development aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Administer salary and benefits programs, maintaining data integrity and adherence to policies
• Lead compensation analysis to support competitive and equitable pay structures
• Manage performance management initiatives to enhance employee development and organisational effectiveness
• Develop and monitor HR budgeting and workforce costing to optimize resource allocation
• Drive organisation development initiatives aligned with strategic priorities to foster growth and culture
• Strengthen HR governance by improving systems, processes, and providing guidance to the PF team
