Senior/ M&E Engineer

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch)

Coordinate M&E works with architectural, structural and civil trades.
Manage and control M&E subcontractors, vendors and specialists.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, method statements and specifications.
Monitor daily site progress, quality and safety.
Identify and resolve site coordination and technical issues.
Conduct site inspections, testing and inspections with consultants and authorities.
Review shop drawings, material submissions and method statements.
Ensure compliance with Singapore codes and statutory requirements (BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, SP Group).
Coordinate and oversee testing, commissioning and authority approvals.
Prepare site records, inspection checklists and progress reports.
Manage rectification works, defects and final handover.
Support preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services recognized by the PE Board.
Minimum 5 years M&E experience in large building or infrastructure projects.
Proven experience in large-scale projects (arena, stadium, convention centre, airport, hospital preferred).
Strong knowledge of ACMV / HVAC systems, Electrical & ELV systems, Fire protection systems, Plumbing & drainage and BMS integration.
Able to read and coordinate M&E shop drawings and BIM models.
Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
