Step into a key onsite technical support position driving the reliability, governance, and daily performance of site-wide technology operations.

• Deliver hands-on and remote technical support for enterprise hardware, workplace endpoints, operational technology, and audiovisual meeting systems.
• Administer incident workflows and service request tickets through enterprise service management platforms to uphold target response times.
• Manage end-to-end device lifecycle activities including equipment staging, configuration rollouts, asset tracking, and audit reconciliations.
• Support site-level execution for corporate technology deployments, network infrastructure rollouts, and facility maintenance tasks.
• Guide users through technology best practices, onboarding sessions, and corporate information security standards.

skills and experience required.

• Proven track record in onsite end-user support, desktop engineering, or site technology operations, ideally within an industrial or operational plant environment.
• Hands-on technical expertise administering Windows endpoints, mobile operating systems, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
• Technical proficiency working with Microsoft Intune for modern device management and mobile device administration.
• Practical working knowledge of enterprise SaaS productivity platforms including the Microsoft 365 suite, Teams collaborative environments, and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
• Strong diagnostic problem-solving capabilities, service orientation, and the ability to partner effectively with global infrastructure teams.
