G CROWN is a premier boutique in Singapore, renowned for high-end apparel, bridal wear, and bespoke tailoring services. We are looking for an experienced Senior Bespoke Apparel Sales Consultant to lead high-value client engagements and deliver a refined, personalized luxury experience.

Key Responsibilities

• High-End Bespoke Sales: Drive sales of custom gowns, luxury suits, and private tailoring services, with a focus on high-value orders and VIP clients.
• Private Consultation: Conduct one-on-one private appointments, guiding clients through fabric selection, style design, body measurement, and bespoke customization.
• VIP Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIPs, high-net-worth clients, repeat customers, and corporate accounts.
• Tailoring Coordination: Coordinate closely with in-house master tailors and pattern makers to ensure garments meet the highest quality and fit standards.
• Client Experience: Deliver a premium, discreet, and personalized service experience throughout the consultation, fitting, and final collection stages.
• Sales Target Achievement: Support senior management in achieving monthly and quarterly showroom sales targets through proactive client development and referral growth.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion, bespoke tailoring, or high-end retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of textiles, fabrics, suit and gown fitting techniques, and bespoke tailoring processes.
• Service Etiquette: Strong knowledge of luxury service etiquette and experience handling VIP or high-net-worth clients.
• Language: Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
• Attributes: Professional, well-groomed, persuasive, and highly customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Availability: Able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
