M & E Engineer

- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E infrastructure—including high/low-tension electrical grids, air-conditioning systems (ACMV), fire safety installations, and school PA/security systems.
- Cross-check spatial tolerances in structural designs to clear services paths and coordinate directly with the BIM team to resolve M&E collisions.
- Review subcontractor material submittals to align with energy efficiency indices specified under the BCA Green Mark public institutional building roadmap.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of M&E execution experience within building construction.
- Prior experience handling building services for new-built MOE school projects; familiarity with IES/ACES M&E RTO/RE rules is highly valued.
