Job Descriptions

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Procurement Transformation Consultant / Manager with strong business development capabilities to support the growth of our expanding transformation practice. This role combines client-facing consulting and commercial responsibilities, with a strong focus on developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the Digital Advisory Division Head inbuilding our Digital Procurement Advisory services. You will work closely with clients, digital technology / eProcurement / AI-powered Data Analytics vendors, and internal cross-functional teams to identify procurement transformation opportunities, shape strategic solutions, and support the future of procurement.

• Drive business development and support sales growth for Digital Procurement Advisory services.
• Lead or support delivery of digital procurement transformation projects.
• Build and manage strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate with technology vendors and internal teams to develop practical procurement solutions.
• Identify and implement digital, AI, and analytics use cases across the procurement value chain.
• Support the development of procurement operating models, processes, and technology-enabled ways of working.
• Ensure delivery excellence and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement transformation, digital advisory, management consulting, or technology implementation.
• Knowledge of procurement processes such as source-to-pay, supplier management, category management, or spend analytics is highly desired.
• Experience with procurement digitalisation, procurement platforms, or AI-enabled procurement solutions will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with government funding or experience working with government agencies will be desired.
• Professional services or Big 4 consulting experience preferred.
