Medical Aesthetic Nurse

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and greeting patients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression whilst managing clinic flow and scheduling

• Perform facials, peels and other non-invasive treatments according to clinic protocols, and assist with device-based treatments under doctor direction, within MOH guidelines, training will be provided.

• Prepare treatment rooms; maintain infection control, sterilization and equipment logs

• Assist patient preparation and aftercare

• Explain treatment plans, aftercare and skincare routines clearly, and recommend suitable products and packages

• Record treatment notes accurately in the clinic management system

• Follow up patients after treatment and support rebooking

• Support front desk during peak periods

What we're looking for

• Current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board and a valid nursing licence

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognised institution

• Strong knowledge of infection control, sterilisation and aseptic techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clinic management systems
