Growth & Brand Engine (BD + Marketing)

Position Summary

We are looking for a Growth & Brand Engine Specialist to take our creative assets out of the office and into the field. This role focuses on scaling our top-of-funnel reach by capturing authentic on-site video content, fixing our lead attribution gaps, and building local community and venue partnerships (e.g., condos, NGOs, new locations) to drive sustainable acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Site Marketing & Content Generation

   • Visit training locations regularly to shoot authentic short-form video content and live class action with actual students.

   • Clean up lead-generation tracking and attribution channels to solve the "unknown source" gap and identify what campaigns drive true paying students.

2. Business Development & Partnerships

   • Identify, pitch, and secure new pool locations, condo partnerships, and corporate or expat network collaborations.

   • Build localized community partnerships to diversify our acquisition channels away from pure digital ad reliance.
