YOUR NEW JOB

Support shop-floor IT systems at a manufacturing site in Seletar. You’ll triage incidents, coordinate with IT & manufacturing teams, and minimise disruption to production.

This is a 12-month renewable contract, working onsite Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm at Seletar.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Triage shop-floor IT incidents & service requests
• Resolve basic IT issues using approved procedures
• Coordinate with IT teams, engineers & equipment vendors
• Track incidents through to resolution & provide updates
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions & handovers

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• Experience in IT support or incident coordination
• Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• Able to coordinate across IT & manufacturing teams
• Clear communication & documentation skills

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

• Experience in manufacturing or shop-floor operations
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems, OEM applications or equipment PCs
• Experience handling Tier 1 / Tier 2 support tickets
• Able to assess IT issues based on their impact on production
