Project Manager

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage all phases of a project, including design coordination, procurement, construction management, final handover and close out.
• Cost and Budget Control: Track expenditures, control costs, and ensure projects close on time and within financial limits
• Time Management: Establish detailed project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures, monitoring actual progress against agreed schedules
• Client Communication: Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal facilities or regional planning teams.
• Risk and Quality Management: Identify potential project delays or cost risks, implement risk mitigation plans, and enforce quality control standards
• Reporting and Documentation: Produce detailed monthly progress reports covering safety, environment, budgets, and milestones, while ensuring complete project documentation like drawings and handover certificate

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree majoring Project Management and Infrastructure / Building related
• 3 years of relevant Project Management experience relating to tenant improvement construction project
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and methodical, with the ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently.
