ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Assist the Team Lead in his/her duties
Lead and Collaborate with the design team to develop conceptual designs, presentations, and design development documents
Prepare and review architectural renders, plans, elevations, sections, and details using REVIT
Prepare and review Interior Design, including renders, plans, elevations, sections, and details using REVIT
Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and relevant building codes
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand project goals and requirements
Prepare, update and issue tender documentation and construction drawings
Attend site visits and resolve site-related architectural issues
Make Submissions and Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary statutory approvals
Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, technologies, and architectural best practices
Engage in ongoing professional development and support the pursuit of architectural licensure
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Prepare Feasibility Studies/ EOI/ Architectural Competitions as and when required

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture
Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & BIM, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Rendering
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Willing to work on Site independently and coordinate with Other Consultants
