Consulting Manager - Data Loss Prevention PMO
Join a global consulting organisation to focus on strengthening enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Purview governance, and AI data protection controls in a large financial institution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise DLP initiatives, managing project delivery, timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
Define and implement DLP policies, data classification standards, and information protection frameworks.
Design and govern DLP controls across Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), Microsoft Copilot, and GitHub Copilot.
Drive Microsoft Purview DLP implementation, governance, control reviews, and continuous improvements.
Assess and mitigate data leakage risks associated with Generative AI technologies.
Partner with business, compliance, legal, and technology teams to ensure secure data usage and regulatory compliance.
Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and project updates for senior management.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years' experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Protection, or Technology Risk.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance solutions.
Proven track record in DLP policy development, governance, and security control implementation.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills within regional or multinational environments.
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, AI governance, or Generative AI security is an advantage.
Microsoft Security or Compliance certifications preferred.
