Advanced Technology Import Operations Executive [SL]

Oversee airfreight import shipments for advanced technology customers, ensuring accurate documentation, customs clearance, delivery coordination, billing and shipment closure.

Manage customer communications and provide timely updates on shipment progress and potential delays.

Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, transport providers, customs authorities and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements.

Take ownership of complex, urgent and high-value shipments, ensuring operational issues are resolved promptly.

Monitor SLAs, KPIs and compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.

Review shipment documentation and maintain accurate operational and regulatory records.

Identify service gaps and lead or recommend improvements to shipment handling and customer support processes.

Mentor junior team members on import procedures, documentation standards and customer service practices.

Escalate significant operational risks and customer concerns to management and ensure timely follow-up.
