Warehouse & Logistics Officer [SL]

Coordinate daily warehouse activities for import and export shipments.

Monitor export operations and ensure shipments are handled according to customer requirements.

Communicate special handling instructions to Customer Service teams and third-party service providers.

Conduct or assist with toolbox meetings and ensure warehouse housekeeping standards are maintained.

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and operational quality.

Work with customers, internal teams and external partners to complete daily tasks efficiently.

Ensure compliance with company safety, security and quality requirements.

Coordinate with appointed transport providers on cargo collection and delivery arrangements.

Follow up on operational issues and work with relevant parties to resolve them promptly.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
