Job Description: Amazon Connect Developer
3–5 years of contact-centre development experience, including 2+ years in Amazon Connect.
Hands-on experience with contact flows, routing, Contact Lens, and reporting.
Basic knowledge of AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
Experience with Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring and troubleshooting.
AWS Cloud Practitioner or Developer Associate certification is preferred.
