Develop client relationships and secure business opportunities for stone maintenance, restoration, and warranty services.
Manage budgets, quotations, job costing, and revenue forecasting to drive business growth.
Conduct site inspections, diagnose stone defects, and recommend suitable repair solutions.
Assess warranty claims, identify defect causes, and coordinate rectification works with clients and contractors.

Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Building, or a related field.
