Job Summary

Lead and manage nightclub operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences by overseeing staff, inventory, safety compliance, and revenue growth initiatives during evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise bartenders and waitstaff to maintain high service standards and team performance
• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of supplies and minimize waste
• Execute opening and closing procedures to prepare the club for daily operations and secure the premises
• Order and coordinate timely delivery of supplies to support uninterrupted club functions
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase club visibility and attract patrons
• Ensure all operations comply with safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment
• Apply performance improvement strategies to enhance staff productivity and operational efficiency
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities by recruiting talent and organizing promotional events
• Adapt to a fast-paced, loud environment while working evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Salary: $4000 - $6000
