*Urgent* Facilities Manager - West (up to $6500) #NJE

• To lead the team in managing the day-to-day operations on all maintenance, housekeeping, security and safety matters;
• Take lead to solve facility related matters including liaising with stakeholders and managing contractors;
• Monitors and collaborate with relevant departments in facilities-related procurements;
• To assist in the project management,including contract and procurement administrations for Addition and Alteration (A&A)projects;
• Perform and undertake the role as the Fire Safety Manager for the campus;
• Perform and undertake the role as the coordinator for all Workplace Safety and Health related matters;
• To review, establish and enforce security policies and procedures i.e. Security SOP, School
• Lockdown Procedure etc.;
• Review and propose sustainability initiatives to reduce electricity and water consumption
• Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
