Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours
- Wednesday - Saturday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
- Sunday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Off Days: Monday & Tuesday
Working Location: River Valley
Your Role
- Handle customer enquiries, manage appointments and keep pet owners updated.
- Recommend suitable grooming services and packages based on each pet's needs.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
Manage Daily Store Operations
- Coordinate daily appointments and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service instructions.
- Ensure compliance with store procedures, hygiene standards and safe pet-handling practices.
- Provide hands-on support during busy periods.
Lead and Support the Team
- Guide team members on daily priorities and service standards.
- Support staff training and promote effective teamwork.
- Assist in achieving the outlet's sales and service targets.
- Take ownership of operational issues and ensure timely follow-up.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
