Customer Service Officer

Job scope

• Provide courteous and efficient services to the customers
• Attend and respond to customers' needs promptly and professionally
• Respond to customer complaints and inquiries
• Provide positive customer service in all areas,
• Manage and take all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers
• Meet and greet customers at all time
• Advise and promote to customers
• Assist in smooth operation at all time
• Adhere to operation's standard operating procedures
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented personality.
• Able to handle customer enquiries and complaints patiently and professionally.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
