Customer Service & Operations Executive (Artisan French Café)

About the Role

You will be part of a dedicated and passionate team serving esteemed customers in a vibrant artisan French café environment. We are seeking mature, responsible, and service-oriented individuals who take pride in serving customers and supporting daily operations in a professional bakery & café setting.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to corporate, walk-in, online, and event customers

• Offer product consultation and recommendations, including value-added information such as allergen awareness and dietary requirements

• Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients

• Promote bakery products with confidence, care, and product knowledge (training provided)

• Ensure order accuracy, timely fulfilment, and high levels of customer satisfaction

Operations & Administration

• Support daily operations through adherence to SOPs, cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives

• Assist with order processing, invoicing, stock checks, replenishment, and supplier coordination

• Manage and operate POS systems, mobile apps, and laptop-based applications

• Monitor and uphold high standards of housekeeping, food hygiene, and workplace cleanliness

Requirements & Attributes

• Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills

• Mature, dependable, and well-organised with a professional attitude

• Able to multitask and handle both frontline service and operational duties

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced bakery & café environment

• Inspired individuals who serve with a mission-driven heart
