Job Summary

Lead and manage cleaning and landscape operations, coordinate site inspections, prepare schedules and reports, troubleshoot on-site issues, and supervise staff to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning and landscape operations to maintain high service standards and client satisfaction
• Attend site inspections and meetings to assess project requirements and progress
• Prepare detailed work schedules and coordinate necessary arrangements for smooth operations
• Identify and troubleshoot on-site problems proactively to minimize disruptions
• Prepare various reports to document site activities and operational status
• Manage site supervisors and workers to ensure effective team performance and compliance with standards
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the head of department

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license to support site mobility and operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in the cleaning and landscape industry to enhance operational effectiveness
• Demonstrate responsibility and initiative in managing tasks and team activities
• Communicate effectively to coordinate with team members and stakeholders
• Work well both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Adapt to rapid changes and maintain flexibility in dynamic work conditions
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure their successful completion
• Anticipate and resolve problems to maintain smooth site operations
• Singaporean preferred (moved to preferred as nationality is not essential for core duties)
