- Provide operational administration, monitoring, governance, and support of IT systems, Microsoft 365 environments, Azure services, vendor managed Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) services.
- Provide Level-2 support for internal and external service requests and issue resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory of IT asset, digital IDs and software licenses.
- Analyse and report operational trends and insights.
- Perform product evaluation and market research.
- Lead or support Business or Technology-led projects.
