Development of new manufacturing processes andlean manufacturing practices
· Design tools and fixtures with Auto CAD and CNC programming
· Operation of high tech Vacuum and Sinter HIP furnaces, CNC and Precision Waterjet.
· Support the training of staff and line operators on manufacturing processes
· Deployment of design of Experiment and statistical control for key processes
· Develop and execute process validation plans and proper documentation control
· Participate in cost reduction, quality improvement, safety awareness and other activities for continual improvement
