QA Assistant Manager
- Working Location: Senoko
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 830am – 530pm [sometime will have OT]
- Salary: $4000 - $5000
Responsibilities
- Supervise QAQC personnel and departmental operations.
- Maintain QAQC manuals, procedures, forms and process flow diagrams.
- Manage certification renewals (FSSC, Healthier Choice, Vegan and other relevant certifications).
- Conduct GMP internal audits, management reviews and follow up on audit findings.
- Oversee non-conforming goods, product label approvals and export documentation.
- Handle export health certificates, registration and technical requirements.
- Monitor departmental KPIs, budget and staff timesheets.
- Represent QAQC in operational meetings and certification/authority audits.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree Certification in Food Science or a related discipline.
- At least 2- 3 years of leadership experience
- FSSC Certification and Food Safety Certification level 3 is a must
- Need to understand HACCP awareness
