ICT Trainer - Bedok

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027

• Mondays to Friday: 7.45am to4.45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays.

Personnel may be required to work on Saturdays or beyond regular working hours to support school events where necessary.

Time-off in lieu will be granted in accordance with school’s guidelines.

1. Create training materials and conduct ICT-related workshops/lessons for pupils

2. Conduct ICT workshops for staff

3. Support ICT department in ICT-related processes such as updating school website, digital signage, preparing for HBL, etc

4. Maintenance of school devices such as STEM products and ICT related applications.

5. Provide consultancy and assist all teachers in ICT-related matters.

6. Carry out any other ICT related tasks& responsibilities as assigned by the School Leaders and HOD ICT.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Animation, Multimedia Design or an Educational Technology-related field

• Familiar with block-based coding tools and basic programming logic, with experience in interactive STEM education platforms preferred

• Proficient in using Windows, macOS/iOS, Android, cloud productivity and AI application tools

• 3-year experience in ICT support, training or educational technology roles
