Job Description
Negotiate with Suppliers/Vendors on contracts/purchases for Admin Department.
Support upkeep of IT system
Assist reviewing the contracts for other departments.
Support on matters related to regulatory licenses/applications/audit
Recording and filing of required documentation, including processing of and tracking of Purchase Requisitions, PO, DO, invoices to support other Departments’ activities.
Responsible for supervising external providers during preventive maintenance of office equipment.
Assist preparing and monitor the Admin Budget.
Update QMS/EHS related documents
Other Admin tasks requested by supervisors.
Diploma in related or business area.
Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant working experience for Admin Executive or above
Ability to communicate clearly in both writing and verbally and good interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
Experience & knowledge in IT management will be an advantage
