Field Ambassador – Sales & Marketing (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Job Summary

You will engage customers face-to-face to understand their needs, present solutions, and contribute directly to client sales results. As you grow, you may coach team members and lead groups to deliver larger campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in person to identify their needs and present appropriate solutions that drive sales
• Communicate clearly and persuasively to build customer interest and trust
• Develop coaching skills by guiding newer team members to improve their sales performance
• Lead small teams to execute client campaigns effectively and achieve performance targets
• Manage business and campaign performance by tracking results and adjusting strategies as needed
• Participate actively in training and coaching sessions to enhance sales and leadership capabilities
