Senior Engineering Manager [SL]

Lead and manage engineering, design coordination, and technical activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and implement engineering strategies, construction methodologies, temporary works solutions, and buildability proposals.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues.

Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering, construction, BIM, and site teams.

Review and manage shop drawings, method statements, technical submissions, and construction documentation.

Ensure engineering deliverables comply with project specifications, statutory requirements, contractual obligations, and company standards.

Identify and manage engineering and construction risks, implementing appropriate mitigation measures.

Monitor design development and construction progress to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Lead value engineering and design optimisation initiatives to improve constructability, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Support project planning by advising on construction sequences, methodologies, and resource requirements.

Coordinate statutory submissions and authority approvals with relevant stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System, ISO requirements, and applicable EHS policies.

Drive the adoption of BIM, digital construction technologies, and innovative engineering solutions.

Report engineering progress, technical risks, and key issues to the Project Director and senior management.

Mentor and develop engineering personnel to strengthen technical capabilities and team performance.
