Operations Executive

Salary: From S$3,200 per month (commensurate with experience)

Working Location: Eunos (near Paya Lebar MRT), Singapore

Working Days: 5 Days / Week

Job Responsibilities

* Oversee and coordinate daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

* Monitor staff attendance, work schedules, manpower arrangements and operational performance.

* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, servicing and other operational requirements.

* Liaise with staff, suppliers, contractors, customers and external parties.

* Source quotations, coordinate purchasing and monitor operational expenses.

* Monitor sales, inventory, operating costs, wastage and productivity.

* Handle customer feedback, complaints and operational issues professionally.

* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, staff training and administrative matters.

* Support new outlet openings, renovations, projects and business expansion.

* Ensure compliance with relevant company policies, safety and regulatory requirements.

* Use AI tools to assist with research, reporting, documentation, data analysis and problem-solving.

* Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks and increase productivity.

* Prepare operational reports, maintain records and provide regular updates to management.

* Follow up on outstanding matters and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.

* Perform other duties assigned by management.

* Relevant experience in operations, administration or business support preferred.

* Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

* Able to multitask, prioritise and work independently.

* Responsible, proactive, resourceful and hands-on.

* Good coordination skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools.

* Willing to learn and use AI tools to improve work efficiency.

* Able to work effectively with different teams and external parties.
