Job Description

• Provide nursing care and monitor residents’ health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Perform wound dressing, vital signs monitoring, and other nursing procedures.
• Assist with care planning, nursing documentation, and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure quality resident care.
• Promote residents’ safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Requirement

• Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Nursing
• Valid SNB & BCLS
