Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and declarative development tools.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.

Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.

Develop Apex classes, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processes.

Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Implement security using profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security.

Write and maintain test classes with appropriate code coverage.

Deploy changes using Salesforce CLI, change sets, or CI/CD tools.

Troubleshoot bugs, optimize application performance, and maintain code quality.

Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, QA engineers, and other developers.

Follow Salesforce development best practices and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its data model.

Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Apex Triggers.

Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Knowledge of Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML.

Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture.

Familiarity with Git, Salesforce CLI, and deployment processes.

Knowledge of Salesforce testing, debugging, and governor limits.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is an advantage.

Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Copado, or Gearset.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
