Architectural Drafter

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and submission drawings.
- Convert sketches and design concepts into technical drawings.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, clients, and authorities.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and M&E plans.
- Check dimensions, specifications, and drawing accuracy.
- Maintain drawing records and meet project deadlines.
- Assist with authority submissions and as-built drawings.
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Architecture, Architectural Technology.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM and SketchUp is an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction methods, building materials, and architectural detailing.
- Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Relevant drafting experience preferred; entry-level applicants may be considered.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and submission requirements is an advantage
