GENERAL MANAGER - REGIONAL MARKETS

Job Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage sales operations across assigned overseas regional markets.

· Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and market expansion.

· Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

· Manage and strengthen relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and key customers.

· Identify new markets and develop business opportunities to increase market share.

· Monitor regional sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of regional business operations.

· Provide regular market updates, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

· Undertake overseas business trips as required to support regional operations and business development.

Requirements

· Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

· More than 10 years of relevant sales and business development experience, preferably with regional and China exposure.

· Proven experience in managing sales across multiple countries or markets.

· Strong track record in achieving sales growth and developing new markets.

· Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong commercial and strategic business sense.

· Strong proficiency in English & Chinese to handles China Market.
