A well-established organization in the power and energy industry is currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Consultant to join their dynamic team.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Consultant to develop and implement salary structures, conduct market salary benchmarking, strengthen talent retention strategies, and design effective sales incentive plans for sales teams across Southeast Asia.

The consultant will also be responsible for transferring knowledge and training the existing HR team to independently manage and sustain the newly established structures and processes.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should have hands-on regional C&B experience and a proven ability to build compensation frameworks, policies, and processes from the ground up. Candidates from multinational corporations or Compensation & Benefits consulting backgrounds are welcome.
