HR Shared Services - Executive

Process individual income tax matters for local and expatriate employees, including tax reporting and other applicable statutory requirements.
Administer employee records and support employee lifecycle activities, including transfers, onboarding and offboarding.
Process payroll for local and expatriate employees, including statutory deductions, reporting and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
Process employee claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policies and established workflows.
Coordinate airfare, accommodation, vendor management and other expatriate mobility support arrangements.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
At least 2-3 years of Experience supporting expatriate employees and administering mobility-related arrangements in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.
Strong experience in expatriate tax administration, preferably within a shared services environment.
Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, including the Employment Act and applicable statutory compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with established HR and payroll systems; experience with Timesoft is an advantage.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
