LinkedIn Growth Associate (Part-Time/Intern)

Job Summary

You will manage and grow our LinkedIn presence end-to-end, driving audience engagement and visibility to generate meaningful conversations for our leaders and team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish diverse LinkedIn posts (text, carousels, short videos, event recaps) for the company page and selected leaders’ profiles to increase audience engagement
• Maintain and update a weekly content calendar aligned with company events, achievements, and culture to ensure consistent posting
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles by refining headlines, About sections, and featured content to present a polished and consistent brand image
• Execute daily engagement activities including commenting, replying, and connecting with relevant LinkedIn users to foster community growth
• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to expand the professional network strategically
• Track and analyze LinkedIn performance metrics such as impressions, engagement, follower growth, profile views, and inbound leads, delivering concise monthly reports
• Experiment with new content formats and ideas based on performance data to continuously improve LinkedIn presence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience growing a LinkedIn page or personal brand
• Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut
• Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics or scheduling tools
• Interest in finance, recruitment, or leadership content
