• Position: Service Crew – Chinese Restaurant
• Location: Somerset
• Working Days: 5.5 Days / 44 Hours Work Week (Rostered)
• Working Hours: 11.00AM to 3.00PM & 5.30PM to 9.30PM
• Salary: Basic up to $3,300 + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer enquiries and service issues.
• Support upselling and cross-selling of menu items.
• Handle cashiering, billing and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas.
• Replenish supplies and assist with basic food preparation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

Requirements

• Food Safety & Hygiene certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B experience.
• Friendly, service-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working in a non-halal-certified restaurant.
